To confirm participation and ensure smooth allocation of exhibition space, the following payment terms shall apply to all exhibitors:

1. Booking Confirmation

• A non-refundable booking amount of ₹25,000 + applicable GST shall be payable at the time of booth reservation.
• Booth allocation shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.

2. Second Installment

• 25% of the remaining booth cost, after deduction of the booking amount already paid, shall be payable on or before 31 October 2026.
• From 1 November 2026, the entire outstanding participation fee shall become due and payable.
• After 31 October 2026, the participation fee shall be non-refundable, and the entire outstanding amount shall remain payable irrespective of any subsequent withdrawal or inability of the company to participate in the event.

3. Final Payment

• The full and final outstanding balance shall be cleared on or before 15 December 2026.

4. Payment Compliance

• All payments must be made in accordance with the prescribed schedule to retain booth allocation and associated benefits.
• In case of delayed payment or non-compliance with the prescribed payment schedule, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the booth allocation or participation. Such cancellation shall not affect any payment obligations already due under these terms, and the outstanding amount shall remain payable in accordance with the applicable payment and cancellation provisions.

5. General Clause

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify booth allocation or impose additional conditions in case of non-compliance with the prescribed payment terms.

6. Membership Fee

• No amount of the annual membership fee will be refunded.
• The ESC annual membership fee will be based on the individual member’s export turnover in the preceding year, as decided by the ESC Executive Committee.
