Payment & Refunds

  1. Membership Fee
    • No amount of the annual membership fee will be refunded.
    • The ESC annual membership fee will be based on the individual member’s export turnover in the preceding year, as decided by the ESC Executive Committee.
  1. Participation Charges
    • No refund of participation charges will be entertained in the event of visa refusal by the host country. The Council shall not be responsible in any way for such matters.
    • Full payment of the participation fee is due 60 days prior to the event start date or upon booth selection, whichever comes first.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 60 days of the event start date or from the date of booth selection.
  1. Companies with Partial Payments
    • If a deposit has been made, the remaining balance becomes due 60 days before the event or on the date of booth selection.
    • The full participation fee becomes payable even if the company cancels participation within 60 days of the event start date or from the date of booth selection.
  1. Non-Payment Consequences
    • Outstanding payments will be recorded as arrears, and the company may be blacklisted.
    • The Council reserves the right to reassign the booth to companies on the waiting list.
  1. Cancellation Charges
    • Between 60–90 days before the event: 50% of the full participation fee will be deducted.
    • 90 days or more before the event: 10% of the participation fee will be deducted.
  1. Other Conditions
    • The refund policy may follow the terms stated in the ESC offer letter for any specific event or activity.
    • The refund policy will also be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective fair management.
